Which areas are suitable?
- Areas along highways, main roads and railway lines (from approx. 2 ha)
- All other areas ranging in size from approx. 5 ha to over 100 ha
- Green space, farmland or fallow land – preferably with low yield potential or in disadvantaged areas
Why lease your land?
- You secure a crisis-proof, passive and long-term income without any investment or risks on your side as the landowner.
- You benefit from a long-term enhancement of your land (commercial property with grid connection, repowering potential etc.) and a meaningful improvement of agricultural land with low-yield potential.
- In consultation with us, you can participate directly in the project by arrangement, either through direct participation in the project company or, for example, by taking over the vegetation management and potentially generate additional income.
- You become part of the energy transition and help drive the shift to a sustainable energy supply based on renewable energies in Germany.
How does the project development process work?
Initial Contact
We start with an introductory phone call and then schedule an on-site visit to inspect your land.
You send us a non-binding expression of interest, which allows us to check the grid connection options with the grid operator at an early stage.
Offer and Contract Conclusion
(1-3 months)
Together, we evaluate various land use concepts.
After a detailed assessment of your land, we will provide you with a lease offer with a minimum term of 30 years.
If you accept our offer, we will conclude a land use agreement.
Project Development to Construction Readiness
(12-24 months*)
We handle all communication with municipalities, authorities, grid operators and other stakeholder
We prepare all necessary permitting documents and plan and manage the entire approval process up to the point of construction readiness.
(*Depending on decisions made by municipal committees)
Construction and Commissioning
(approx. 6 months)
We coordinate the construction of the plant on your property and the connection to the designated grid connection point.
Operational Phase
(at least 30 years)
We take over long-term technical and commercial operations management of the plant.
After the end of the operational period, the system will be completely dismantled.
