About Us

WiNRG GmbH is a company specialising in the renewable energy sector based in Hamburg. We manage large scale projects as well as transactions for wind energy and photovoltaic plants worldwide for our clients.

This includes own project (co-)development as well as the search for attractive project offers from network partners and the in-house evaluation of these opportunities.

In case of a positive investment decision by the investor, we coordinate the due diligence, the contract negotiations, the conclusion of the acquisition and the construction of the powerplants on behalf of our client. This ensures independent advice and loyal support for the investor and significant CAPEX savings can be made compared to a turnkey purchase from a general contractor.

Additionally, we conclude long-term service contracts (full scope O&M – Operation and Maintenance – services: the commercial and technical management incl. monitoring, asset management and reporting, maintenance, repair, module cleaning, vegetation management etc.) with the owners of these power plants.

WiNRG offers such a comprehensive service package to family offices and institutional investors from all over the world who want to implement profitable investment projects in the area of renewable energies.

The two founders and managing directors have been working in the field of renewable energy since 2005. As a result, they have many years of experience coupled with a broad network and corresponding industry knowledge. For over ten years, they have maintained a successful track record operating as full-service providers to their existing clients.

The biggest client is currently the family office WIRTGEN INVEST, for whom we have been active for more than 10 years.
